DEPOSIT & CANCELATION POLICY

At the time of your booking with us, we will take your credit card information to hold your reservation. 5 days prior to your booking arrival date your card will be charged for your full stay. Once your card has been charged, full refunds are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel your reservation after your card has been charged (within the 5 days prior to your booking arrival date), we will do our best to re-book the room(s). If we are able to re-book your reservation, you will receive a refund in the amount equal to what we are able to re-sell the room. This may be less than your original booking, and will be refunded to your credit card after the original reservation date. In case of an emergency or injury, a hotel credit will be considered.

 

HOTEL RULES

  • Any broken or missing items will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
  • Number of people is limited to the Registered Guests Only.
  • All noise must be kept to a minimum.
  • Nomads Hotel is NON-SMOKING. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who do not respect this policy.
  • Management reserves the right to to refuse service, cancel reservations and/or remove  guests from the hotel for any reason, including violations of the following hotel rules:

PETS

We love all furry companions and will happily welcome your dogs for an additional fee of $50 per pooch, per night. Please note that we permit DOGS ONLY with a maximum of two per room. If you are traveling with a ADA certified service animal, you will not be charged the associated pet fees and we kindly request that you email a scanned copy of your ADA Service Dog certification and ID before your arrival. Providing your ADA Service Dog documents in advance will ensure that there is no confusion upon your arrival. Please note that a service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Emotional support dogs are not service animals under Title 2 and Title 3 of the ADA.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Any illegal activity will result in immediate cancellation of remaining reservation and guest must leave immediately.

DISTURBANCE

Loud or rowdy behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors. Fighting, foul language, and verbal abuse.

SMOKING

No smoking in hotel, on patios or within 50ft of the hotel rooms.

EQUIPMENT

No towels, clothing, wetsuits, surfboards, etc should be attached, leaning or hanging on the hotel patio fences.

DAMAGE

Any act causing damage to any hotel property. Damages will be charged to the guest.

TECHNOLOGICAL ERRORS.

If a double-booking occurs as a result of an error on the part of the hotel, or its booking partners, we will do everything in our power to accommodate our guest, however we reserve the right to refund and cancel the reservation.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS.

No persons under the age of 18 allowed without a legal guardian staying at at hotel with the minor.
